tengu_startup_announcements
A Claude Code feature flag, read out of the shipped bundle. No mined inventory carries it: everything below comes from what this site has written about it.
Default []. A list of startup announcements, each with id, text, optional title, footer and requiresModel, priority (default 0), maxImpressions (default 3) and accentBar (default true). Claude Code picks the highest-priority entry that has been shown fewer than maxImpressions times and whose requiresModel, if set, passes a model check; a value that fails the schema falls back to [].
Not Anthropic's. Written by Claude Opus 5.5 from reading the v2.1.286 bundle, and it can be wrong.
