234When a host platform that embeds Claude Code sets [`CLAUDE_CODE_PROVIDER_MANAGED_BY_HOST`](/docs/en/env-vars), `CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_EXPERIMENTAL_BETAS` doesn't stop auto mode sessions on Amazon Bedrock, Google Cloud's Agent Platform, Microsoft Foundry, or a [Claude apps gateway](/docs/en/claude-apps-gateway) from asking the server for [classifier review](/docs/en/permission-modes#server-side-classifier-review). That review adds an `anthropic-beta` value and a `safeguards` request field. Set `CLAUDE_CODE_AUTO_MODE_SERVER=0` to stop it there.
