Marketplaces are created, connected to repositories, and deleted in claude.ai, not through this API.

While the scan runs, or after it fails, errors, or reaches no verdict, the plugin is withheld from members, and an earlier version is not served in its place. A version that was never scanned (`content_scan: null`) is served normally.
