6869 If you pass a global `claude` flag before `remote-control`, or a wrapper script adds one, Claude Code doesn't carry the flag over to the sessions the server creates. Claude Code lets the flag through only when dropping it is known not to change what those sessions can do, such as `--verbose` or `--model`. For any other flag, such as `--settings`, Claude Code [refuses to start](/docs/en/errors#not-carried-over-to-the-sessions-remote-control-starts) and names the flag to remove.
