191. Select the **Copy user email addresses** button at the top of the **Users** page. The page that opens lists every user's email address except deactivated users.

1717Each organization appears with its name and ID. Clicking an organization's name opens its organization admin view. When you do this you are acting as an Owner of that organization and can manage its users, seats, and settings. You cannot grant or remove its [Primary Owner role](/docs/government/org-admin/users#understanding-roles), which stays with that organization's own Primary Owners.
