A subagent is a helper agent that Claude starts to do part of a task. Several WebFetch messages change:\n\n- Site refusal: when a site refuses the request and you named that site yourself, a subagent may be told that tools for a browser on your computer are also available. This sits behind the `tengu_swirling_boot` setting, which is off unless it is switched on remotely.\n\n- Long pages: the note about a page being cut short can now give a \"Next offset\", the point to continue reading from.\n\n- Redirects: the text about a page redirecting elsewhere is reworded when a subagent made the request.\n\n**Why**\n\nWhen a site blocks a fetch, this steers Claude toward a browser tool that may still reach the page.\n\n- Flag `tengu_swirling_boot`: Not enough to say (read for one account on one subscription tier against v2.1.319; this account: no value returned, anonymous baseline: no value returned, compiled default: not a boolean we can read) These values were read against a different version of Claude Code, so treat them as the nearest reading available instead of one taken on this release.\n- Area: Web Fetch\n- Names: `WebFetch`\n- Tier: You'll notice\n- Useful: 1\/5\n- Signal: 2\/5\n- Scope: individual\n- Heads-up: no"}
