Previously it skipped this only when `CLAUDE_CODE_REMOTE` was set or in one other case. Two more conditions now also skip it.\n\nThe event-loop stall detector, behind `tengu_drift_lantern`, still falls back to off. The flag server returned it as on for this site's account and for the anonymous baseline, in readings not taken under this release.\n\n**Why**\n\nThis is a small change to startup behaviour that most people will not notice.\n\n- Flag `tengu_drift_lantern`: Off by default, switched on for this account (read for one account on one subscription tier against v2.1.319; this account: on, anonymous baseline: on, compiled default: off) These values were read against a different version of Claude Code, so treat them as the nearest reading available instead of one taken on this release.\n- Area: Elsewhere\n- Names: `CLAUDE_CODE_REMOTE`\n- Tier: Under the hood\n- Useful: 1\/5\n- Signal: 1\/5\n- Scope: individual\n- Heads-up: no"}
