Before, Claude Code read these files directly. It now checks each `SKILL.md` and each theme before reading it. If the check reports a problem, Claude Code skips that file and logs an error saying it did not read the skill or theme.\n\n**Why**\n\nA plugin whose files cannot be read no longer stops loading at that point.
