A subagent is a helper Claude starts to handle part of a task. When the checker refuses an action from a subagent, and the refusal is not a hard block, Claude Code now shows a separate warning such as \"N agent actions not run\" or \"Agent's \u2026 not run\". No warning appears when the refusal is one the subagent corrects itself or one that ends its turn.\n\nThese warnings are counted and folded together so repeated refusals do not pile up. Refusals in the main conversation still show \"blocked by auto mode\", and \"N recent blocks by auto mode\" when several happen.\n\n**Why**\n\nIf you run subagents in auto mode, you can now see when their actions were refused instead of the refusal going unnoticed.\n\n- Area: Auto Mode\n- Tier: You'll notice\n- Useful: 3\/5\n- Signal: 2\/5\n- Scope: individual\n- Heads-up: no"}
