Shell tasks are commands Claude runs in your terminal. The option is controlled by `tengu_shell_task_rows_live_only_enabled`, which falls back to off when the server sends nothing. It replaces an older option that skipped plain task progress updates under a different switch, and Claude Code no longer reads that older switch.\n\n**Why**\n\nOne remote switch has been swapped for another.
