The `ui.invalidate` call has been removed from the list of calls the plugin runtime allows.\n\nThere are also several smaller changes to the data Claude Code reports about its use:\n\n- Compactions: a compaction is when Claude Code shortens a long conversation to save space. Reports now say how many compactions happened in a run, grouped as 1, 2, or 3 or more, and why the run ended.\n\n- API errors: a new option controls whether a request id from an API error is kept.\n\n- Session summary: it no longer includes counts of writes to workshop files.\n\n- Tool names: `read_page_data` has been removed from one internal list of tool names.\n\n**Why**\n\nMost of these are small internal trims to usage reporting and to what plugins can call.\n\n- Area: Plugins\n- Names: `ui.invalidate`\n- Tier: Under the hood\n- Useful: 2\/5\n- Signal: 2\/5\n- Scope: individual\n- Heads-up: yes"}
