It can use this tool to deliver its full report back to the agent that started it, and gets \"Report delivered to your caller.\" in reply. The tool now:\n\n- refuses an empty report.\n\n- refuses a second delivery after the first.\n\n- returns an error when it is not switched on for that agent.\n\nIt is only offered when a server-controlled switch allows it and the safety check for auto mode is working in its reviewing role. With nothing from the server, the switch falls back to off. Delivering a report can still end the agent's turn, and that switch falls back to on.\n\n**Why**\n\nThis changes how a subagent's results reach the agent that started it, and the report passes through the safety check on the way.\n\n- Flag `tengu_purring_pine`: Not enough to say (read for one account on one subscription tier against v2.1.312; this account: no value returned, anonymous baseline: no value returned, compiled default: on) These values were read against a different version of Claude Code, so treat them as the nearest reading available instead of one taken on this release.\n- Area: Subagents\n- Tier: You'll notice\n- Useful: 2\/5\n- Signal: 2\/5\n- Scope: individual\n- Heads-up: no"}
