Prompt hooks and agent hooks are the kinds that ask a model to decide something. For these:\n\n- Shared limit: they now take turns through a shared limit on how many run at once, so when many fire together, some wait.\n\n- Time limit: each one's time limit is now the larger of its own `timeout` and a minimum. Before, it was its own timeout, or 30 seconds if none was set.\n\n- Overall limit: when any hook in a group calls a model, the time allowed for the whole group is extended by the default once.\n\n**Why**\n\nMany model hooks at once may now queue instead of all starting together, and a short `timeout` may be raised to the minimum, so they can finish later than you set.\n\n- Area: Hooks\n- Tier: You'll notice\n- Useful: 2\/5\n- Signal: 2\/5\n- Scope: individual\n- Heads-up: yes"}
