Results coming back from subagents, workflows and forked Skills now include a `toolsUsed` list naming the tools that ran. Before, these notifications had no such field.\n\n- Async agents (agents running in the background) pass `toolsUsed` when they complete, fail or are killed.\n\n- Workflow notifications pass `toolsUsed`.\n\n- Forked Skill and forked command results can carry a `toolsUsedLine`. When one exists, a forked Skill result starts with it.\n\n- User prompt records gain an optional `toolsUsed` field. It is passed into the agent run as `promptToolsUsed` and saved through an update to the session's state.\n\n- The function that runs an agent gains `onToolPool` and `reviewTools` parameters.\n\nSeparately, the list of dialogs gains a `secretPromptDialog` entry, and the `accountMemoryWritePermissionDialog` entry moves within that list.\n\n**Why**\n\nThe main conversation can now see which tools a subagent, workflow or forked Skill actually used, not only its final answer. The members do not say what `secretPromptDialog` shows or when it appears.\n\n- Area: Terminal UI\n- Tier: You'll notice\n- Useful: 3\/5\n- Signal: 4\/5\n- Scope: individual\n- Heads-up: no"}
