When the mode is something other than owner-only, it also records that and keeps a card for it.\n\nThe publish flow gains a matching state. When it is set, publishing skips the shortcut that would otherwise say approval is needed, unless the publish is forced, comes from a subagent (a helper Claude Code starts to handle part of a task), or the user has already kept the card.\n\nThis sits behind a remote switch. The flag server has returned it off for this site's own account and for an anonymous check, though no reading has been taken under this release yet.\n\n**Why**\n\nThis is part of an artifact publishing flow still being built that keeps track of publishes nobody asked for.\n\n- Flag `tengu_proud_honey`: Off in both readings (read for one account on one subscription tier against v2.1.310; this account: off, anonymous baseline: off, compiled default: not a boolean we can read) These values were read against a different version of Claude Code, so treat them as the nearest reading available instead of one taken on this release.\n- Area: Artifacts\n- Tier: Under the hood\n- Useful: 2\/5\n- Signal: 3\/5\n- Scope: individual\n- Heads-up: no"}
