When teleporting a session fails in this mode, the \"Teleport in print mode failed:\" message now shows the error that was actually caught. Before, it pointed at the wrong value. The lookup used when resuming a session in print mode had a similar mix-up and was fixed too, and the `--cloud` print-mode path now passes more detail when it reports an error.\n\n**Why**\n\nThese are small fixes to error reporting.
