Sometimes the reviewer expects a call not to need review, but it does. This case, called `server_call_skipped`, is now handled on its own:\n\n- A new denial message explains that the reviewer expected this call not to need a review but it needed one, and tells Claude to reissue the action once and then give up.\n\n- The permission flow now runs a separate step for the tool involved when this happens.\n\n- The permission check also takes a new `fastPathEdit` argument when deciding whether to allow something automatically.\n\n- When Claude Code runs without anyone to answer prompts, the no-prompt path now passes along the whole result instead of only its message.\n\n**Why**\n\nBefore, Claude got the generic 'unavailable' text in this situation. Now it gets a specific instruction, so it should retry once instead of stalling or retrying repeatedly.\n\n- Area: Auto Mode\n- Tier: You'll notice\n- Useful: 2\/5\n- Signal: 2\/5\n- Scope: individual\n- Heads-up: no"}
