It appears only when:\n\n- `spinnerTipsEnabled` is not set to false.\n\n- Enough sessions have passed since it was last shown.\n\n- A remote experiment allows it.\n\nThe experiment can give different answers. In the holdout group the tip never shows. In the after-long-turn group it shows only after a turn where Claude used enough tools. Any other answer shows it.\n\nBefore, the tip waited 15 sessions between showings and did not check the setting or an experiment.\n\n**Why**\n\nTurning spinner tips off now also hides this tip.
