Claude Code changed how these saves appear in the conversation and how they are counted.\n\n- `isCloudMemoryCall` and `quietWords` are new inputs to the code that draws a tool call on screen. A tool call is one action Claude takes, such as reading a file or saving a memory. `isCloudMemoryCall` is also passed to the step that picks the tool's displayed name.\n\n- `cloudMemoryToolUseIds` is a new list carried on messages from a remote assistant. It is read from `tool_use_meta` and marks which tool calls were cloud memory calls.\n\n- `quietMemorySaves` and `memorySavesToldAsCalls` are now used by the summary of a group of tool calls. Memory saves are counted in that summary, and saves that failed are hidden when saves are shown quietly.\n\n- `memorySaves` is a new list in a session's summary data. It is only included when at least one memory save was recorded. When stats are combined, `memorySaves` is added up alongside the existing `relevantMemories`.\n\n**Why**\n\nIn practice, memory saves, including ones made through cloud memory, may look different in your transcript: they can be grouped into the tool-call summary and shown more quietly, with failed saves left out when quiet display is in use.\n\n- Area: Memory\n- Tier: You'll notice\n- Useful: 3\/5\n- Signal: 4\/5\n- Scope: individual\n- Heads-up: no\n- Present in the build but not switched on"}
