Two new error paths apply to sessions that have no local disk:\n\n- Reading a transcript that is stored only under a storage key, with no file on disk, now fails unless a storage backend is provided.\n\n- Writing a message to a teammate's mailbox (how agents working together pass messages) logs an error and writes nothing unless the message can go to a store.\n\nBoth depend on a switch that is off unless it is turned on remotely.
