Claude Code now checks that name, whether it is being set or read back from a session log. It must be text, no longer than a set maximum, and match an allowed pattern. A name that fails is refused and logged. The helpers that work out the plan folder, skills and memory locations also now cope safely with a missing value.\n\n**Why**\n\nThis stops a plan name from being shaped like a file path, so it cannot point Claude Code somewhere it should not.\n\n- Area: Plan Mode\n- Tier: You'll notice\n- Useful: 1\/5\n- Signal: 1\/5\n- Scope: individual\n- Heads-up: no"}
