These messages now take an `advisesPush` option.\n\n- The `branch_not_on_remote` message adds '; push it to start from GitHub instead' only when `advisesPush` is set.\n\n- The message about a branch being ahead of its remote leaves out the advice to push and start a new session when the option is false. In one message it defaults to true.\n\n- The rest of the wording is unchanged.\n\n**Why**\n\nBefore, the push advice was always added.
