If fetching a URL failed earlier in the session, a second fetch of the same address within a short time is no longer attempted. WebFetch instead returns a \"Not fetched\" result saying how many seconds ago it failed, and tells the model to carry on and say the page could not be read.\n\nThe model may try again only if you asked for another attempt.\n\n**Why**\n\nThe model no longer keeps hitting a page that is not responding. If you want another try, ask for it.\n\n- Flag `tengu_patient_finch`: Not enough to say (read for one account on one subscription tier against v2.1.300; this account: no value returned, anonymous baseline: no value returned, compiled default: on) These values were read against a different version of Claude Code, so treat them as the nearest reading available instead of one taken on this release.\n- Area: WebFetch\n- Tier: You'll notice\n- Useful: 2\/5\n- Signal: 2\/5\n- Scope: individual\n- Heads-up: yes"}
