Plugin sync brings the plugins on your account into a session.\n\n- A new check runs at the start of each turn, meaning each time Claude starts working on a message. It looks at whether your account's plugin listing has changed and reloads plugins if it has.\n\n- The check is active only when the environment variables `CLAUDE_CODE_REMOTE` and `CLAUDE_CODE_SYNC_PLUGINS` are both true, the session is not excluded, and the flag `tengu_ccr_plugins_turn_start_check_enabled` is on. Nothing has been read about that flag.\n\n- If the check fails you see \"Couldn't check your plugins for updates. The versions already loaded are still in use.\" If a reload fails you see \"Couldn't finish reloading your plugins after a change. Parts of their earlier versions may still be in use until a reload succeeds.\"\n\n- Each sync round now records a `listedStamp` and increases a `changesLanded` count when changes arrive or the stamp changes.\n\n- New helpers record which synced plugin folders were loaded in this process (`syncedDirsLoadedHere`), and the loader records them after loading.\n\n**Why**\n\nIn hosted sessions, plugin changes on your account could be picked up during a session instead of only when it starts. The warnings tell you when the plugins in use may be older versions.\n\n- Area: Cloud Sessions\n- Tier: You'll notice\n- Useful: 3\/5\n- Signal: 3\/5\n- Scope: individual\n- Heads-up: no"}
