Two of these, `tengu_harbor_willow` and `tengu_ccr_v2_session_crud_cli`, were refreshed when either of two things changed: your sign-in or enterprise status, or the `allow_product_feedback` setting. They are now refreshed only when `allow_product_feedback` changes.\n\nThe most recent reading of both settings, taken before this release, returned on for this site's own account and for a signed-out baseline.\n\n**Why**\n\nA change to your sign-in or enterprise status no longer triggers a refresh of these two settings by itself.\n\n- Flag `tengu_harbor_willow`: On for this account, and not off by default (read for one account on one subscription tier against v2.1.296; this account: on, anonymous baseline: on, compiled default: on) These values were read against a different version of Claude Code, so treat them as the nearest reading available instead of one taken on this release.\n- Flag `tengu_ccr_v2_session_crud_cli`: Off by default, switched on for this account (read for one account on one subscription tier against v2.1.296; this account: on, anonymous baseline: on, compiled default: off) These values were read against a different version of Claude Code, so treat them as the nearest reading available instead of one taken on this release.\n- Area: VS Code\n- Names: `allow_product_feedback`\n- Tier: Under the hood\n- Useful: 1\/5\n- Signal: 3\/5\n- Scope: org\n- Heads-up: no"}
