Each task now records whether it is marked as ambient, and the list counts a change to that mark as a change. Before, Claude Code compared only each task's identity, type, subagent type and description.\n\nA subagent is a helper that Claude starts to handle part of the work.\n\n**Why**\n\nBefore, a task whose ambient status changed could keep showing out-of-date information.
