Claude Code now publishes how the last turn ended as `lastTurnEnd`.\n\n- The value is `stopped`, `completed`, or a failure with an error kind. The failure text is the first non-empty line of the error, falling back to `Turn failed`.\n\n- Cancelling a turn publishes `stopped`, and an error thrown during a turn is now noted.\n\n- A new conversation resets `lastTurnEnd`, and a resumed session publishes `lastTurnEnd: null`.\n\n- At the start of each turn the session now records it (`turnStarts`) and counts it in `promptMarks`.\n\n- Resetting the conversation now signals whether it was rewound or replaced.\n\nOther small changes came with it:\n\n- Toast notifications (short pop-up messages) now sort ones not from managed settings ahead of managed ones.\n\n- Matching a plugin's scope during install now uses a shared helper.\n\n- An internal marker pattern now accepts two markers.\n\n- The worker's list of commands now also includes commands from `slash_commands`.\n\n- Two internal duration helpers no longer take a budget-information input.\n\n**Why**\n\nPrograms and screens showing Claude Code can now tell a failed turn apart from one you stopped or one that finished normally.\n\n- Area: Terminal UI\n- Tier: You'll notice\n- Useful: 2\/5\n- Signal: 2\/5\n- Scope: individual\n- Heads-up: no"}
