Claude Code now checks the first command in the batch twice, once when it is taken from the queue and once just before it starts. If that command steps aside at either check, it is removed from the batch. If that leaves the batch empty, nothing from it runs.\n\nBefore, the batch started straight away without these checks.\n\n**Why**\n\nThis changes which of your queued commands actually start, which can affect how prompts typed mid-turn are grouped and run.\n\n- Flag `tengu_gentle_hummingbird`: Not enough to say (read for one account on one subscription tier against v2.1.293; this account: no value returned, anonymous baseline: no value returned, compiled default: on) These values were read against a different version of Claude Code, so treat them as the nearest reading available instead of one taken on this release.\n- Area: Input Queue\n- Tier: You'll notice\n- Useful: 2\/5\n- Signal: 3\/5\n- Scope: individual\n- Heads-up: no"}
