The row:\n\n- is titled with the credit's own label, or \"Credit\" if it has none\n\n- shows how much is used out of the limit, as \"X of Y used\"\n\n- shows an \"Expires\" date underneath\n\nThe row appears only when the server includes this credit in its usage reply.
