Before, a notification carried only `notification_id`, `origin`, `queued_at` and its content.\n\n- `read_at` on the whole response: when this call read the queue, by this machine's clock.\n\nNotifications queued in remote sessions now record an `arrivedAt` time. This applies only when `CLAUDE_CODE_REMOTE` is set, a further check passes and a server-side setting allows it; that setting defaults to on.\n\n**Why**\n\nClaude can now tell how old a notification is and how long it waited, separately from when it was queued.\n\n- Flag `tengu_quizzical_toucan`: Not enough to say (read for one account on one subscription tier against v2.1.292; this account: no value returned, anonymous baseline: no value returned, compiled default: on) These values were read against a different version of Claude Code, so treat them as the nearest reading available instead of one taken on this release.\n- Area: Terminal UI\n- Names: `CLAUDE_CODE_REMOTE`\n- Tier: Nothing to try yet\n- Useful: 2\/5\n- Signal: 2\/5\n- Scope: individual\n- Heads-up: no\n- Present in the build but not switched on"}
