In a Remote Control session, any requests still waiting when a turn ends are dismissed. If the option `subagentRequestsOutliveTheTurn` is set, requests that came from subagents (helper agents Claude starts to work on part of a task) are now kept open instead. Before, every waiting request was dismissed.\n\nClaude Code also records an analytics event, `tengu_remote_turn_ended_with_open_permission_requests`, with counts of the requests involved.\n\n**Why**\n\nWithout this, a subagent still running after the turn ended could lose the approval it was waiting on, leaving it stuck. With the option set, you can still answer those requests.\n\n- Area: Remote Control\n- Names: `subagentRequestsOutliveTheTurn`\n- Tier: Use it now\n- Useful: 3\/5\n- Signal: 3\/5\n- Scope: individual\n- Heads-up: no"}
