Each question has a request ID.\n\nIf the same request ID is drawn twice in one session, Claude Code now ignores any channel replies that carry that ID. A warning tells you to answer in the terminal instead.\n\n**Why**\n\nA repeated ID could let one reply be counted as the answer to a different question.
