Before, it only counted the views without reporting them.\n\nOne other announcement, named defaultToNewerModel inside Claude Code, is no longer marked as a promotion and no longer has a limit on how many times it can be shown.\n\n**Why**\n\nThe usage reporting is mostly behind the scenes.
