That check now has a \"kept elsewhere\" message. Before this, it could only report that a proposal was unread, stale or replaced by a newer one.\n\nWhen the \"kept elsewhere\" message applies, it is shown instead of the unread or stale message.\n\n**Why**\n\nThis is a small change to the feedback you see after a skill is proposed for saving.
