When it can't, it now explains why. The reasons cover several cases, for example:\n\n- Remote Control is connected: \"Can't restart while Remote Control is connected.\"\n\n- The installed version can't be found: the message suggests running `\/doctor` to check your installs.\n\n- The session could not be saved, or its folder or launcher is missing.\n\n- The installed version is above the highest version allowed.\n\nWhen the restart succeeds, a notice says the session was successfully updated or successfully downgraded from the earlier version.
