Some actions only count as approved when a person approves them. When the automatic check approves one of those, Claude gets a message back that now tells it to:\n\n- retry once if the action is still needed\n\n- if it is refused again, stop and tell you that the action needs your own approval\n\nBefore, the message told Claude to send the call again and ask you to approve it from the terminal or desktop prompt.\n\n**Why**\n\nThis changes how Claude behaves after such a refusal.
