When that peer disconnects, Claude Code can now wait for it instead of failing straight away. New messages tell you what is happening:\n\n- it is waiting for the peer to come back, with the maximum wait in seconds\n\n- it has stopped waiting\n\n- it has given up\n\nUsage data sent to Anthropic now also records how long the call waited.\n\n**Why**\n\nA short disconnect does not have to end the call at once, and the messages show you why the call is paused.\n\n- Area: Remote Tools\n- Tier: You'll notice\n- Useful: 2\/5\n- Signal: 3\/5"}
