For each kind and status, Claude Code reports once whether the sender passed or fell below a minimum standard, and whether checking was enforced or only observed.\n\nNothing is blocked. Hooks and plugins are still left out of enforcement and are only counted.\n\nCounting happens only when hook or plugin forwarding is allowed. That depends on `CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_HOOK_FORWARDING`, `CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_PLUGIN_FORWARDING`, and whether this is a remote session and how Claude Code was started.\n\n**Why**\n\nThis looks like preparation for checking who sent a hook or plugin message before accepting it.
