The options for that download now go into the git command itself:\n\n- `--no-checkout` is always passed.\n\n- `--filter=blob:none` is passed only when the repository's URL meets a condition.\n\nBefore, both options were added together, apparently to the wrong list, so git may never have received them.\n\n**Why**\n\nPartial plugin downloads may now behave as intended, fetching less than a full copy of the repository.\n\n- Area: Plugins\n- Tier: Under the hood\n- Useful: 1\/5\n- Signal: 1\/5"}
