Before this, it had only a track and a thumb, the bar you drag to scroll.\n\n- Arrows change their look when you hover over them or click them.\n\n- Holding an arrow down keeps scrolling, repeating for as long as it is pressed.\n\n- The scrollbar component accepts new `arrows` and `onScrollBy` props, which are settings passed in by the part of the interface that shows the scrollbar.\n\n- When the scrollbar is tall enough, it sets aside two rows for the arrows.\n\nOne finding notes that it did not trace which part of the interface passes `arrows`, so it is not established where the arrows appear yet. The same finding saw a new conditional bullet, controlled by `shareOn`, added to the artifact tool's prompt. That caller was not traced either.\n\n**Why**\n\nScrolling with the mouse becomes easier: you can click or hold an arrow instead of dragging the thumb. Because no caller was traced, the arrows may not show up everywhere a scrollbar does.\n\n- Area: Fullscreen UI\n- Tier: You'll notice\n- Useful: 3\/5\n- Signal: 2\/5"}
