The artifact tool has a new `share` action that changes who can see one.\n\n- It takes `url`, `mode`, `people` and `access`. `mode` is `org` for the whole organisation or `people` for named members of it. `access` is view only or can comment.\n\n- It reads the artifact's current permissions, plans the change, and applies it only if the artifact has not changed in the meantime.\n\n- You confirm every share on a card. The action is refused in plan mode and in sessions with no way to show that card. It never shares publicly.\n\n- In cloud sessions the request goes through a relay that carries your approval.\n\n- A new Sharing section in Claude's instructions says when to offer a share. It appears only when `shareOn` is set.\n\n- The tool's display shows a line such as `share \"title\" with the organization (view only)`, or names the people.\n\n- The action is available only when `CLAUDE_CODE_ARTIFACT_SHARE` is true and the session runs in the cloud or the desktop app.\n\n- Separately, keeping track of comments you did not ask about now stops an unprompted redeploy.\n\n**Why**\n\nClaude can help you share an artifact without leaving the conversation, but nothing is shared until you approve it on the card.
