Before, the result was simply stored.\n\n- A new `policyDeniedLogged` record makes sure such a denial is logged only once per host and repository.\n\nSeparately, the Chrome native host, the small helper that lets the Claude browser extension talk to Claude Code, now includes `computer_name` in its `get_status` reply. Control characters and a trailing `.local` are removed from the name.
