It can now convert images in BMP, TIFF, HEIC, HEIF and AVIF formats to PNG or JPEG before uploading.\n\n- The original is uploaded instead when the image has several pages, is cut off, is rotated or mirrored, is larger than the preview size, or is over the upload limit.\n\n- If uploading the converted copy fails with `http_413`, `http_5xx` or `network_error`, the original is uploaded instead. The failure message includes \"could not make a preview copy of\".\n\n- `originalsOnly` turns conversion off. It is set when the request asks for it, or when the server-controlled switch `tengu_playful_panda` is off.\n\n- The chat upload now returns the file's `file_uuid` together with details of the copy, such as whether it is an image and its media type.\n\n**Why**\n\nImages in formats that cannot be previewed directly should now show as previews.
