When reading that list fails, three plugin errors now carry a note saying so:\n\n- Not cached: the usual advice, \"Run \/plugin to refresh the plugin cache\", now has the note added after it.\n\n- Not installed: for a plugin enabled in project settings, the message now says the plugin is enabled in project settings, but whether it is installed could not be checked.
