Claude Code now keeps track of tools left off that list.\n\nWhen a permission rule would block one of those tools, Claude Code now treats it as switched off rather than denied. Claude is told the tool is still listed for the conversation but is switched off in this session right now, so it cannot run and Claude should continue without it.
