When that message is longer than 2000 characters, it can now shorten the text before sending it off for the title: it keeps the first 1500 characters and inserts a marker such as \"[\u2026 N characters omitted \u2026]\" in place of the rest.\n\nThis only happens when a remote switch is on. Its fallback in the code is off, so the whole message is sent unless the switch is turned on for your account. If the switch cannot be read, the whole message is sent.
