Some can ask to open a web address, or show you a form to fill in. When the selection in one of these dialogs lands on the Accept option, Claude Code now ignores Enter for a short moment before it will accept.\n\nThis covers two dialogs:\n\n- The dialog where an MCP server wants to open a URL. The pause starts when you use the left or right arrow keys to move the selection from Decline onto Accept.\n\n- The MCP form dialog, which runs the same check before it accepts.\n\nBefore this change, Enter on Accept acted immediately.\n\n**Why**\n\nIf you pressed Enter a moment too early, for example while still moving between options, that keypress could approve the URL or the form as soon as the cursor reached Accept.
