A workflow is a multi-step job that Claude Code runs with several agents, which are separate helper instances of Claude working on parts of the job. Each row now shows:\n\n- A bullet colour: a warning colour while a running workflow waits on a rate limit, and an error colour when agents have failed.\n\n- Done and total agent counts.\n\n- Tokens used. Tokens are the units of text the model reads and writes.\n\n- A paused status that includes the time the rate limit resets.\n\nA rate limit is a cap on how much you can use in a period of time.
