Many fields in it now carry a `support: { availableInVersion: ... }` marker. The marker records the oldest client version that honours the field. Fields that gained it include:\n\n- The MCP OAuth \"Resource indicator (RFC 8707)\" field, marked `availableInVersion: \"1.30096.1\"`. MCP servers are outside tools Claude Code can connect to, and OAuth is the sign-in method they use.\n\n- `additionalRedirectReferrerHosts`, marked `availableInVersion: \"1.20186.0\"`.\n\n- MCP \"Startup timeout\", \"Azure cloud\", hosted OAuth \"Client ID\" and \"Enable import\".\n\n- The sign-in flow, the headers helper script and the offline_access toggle.\n\n- Environment variables and the Import prompt banner.\n\n- Desktop and app settings for automatic third-party session import, the GitHub MCP scope and 'Pre-select on new task'.\n\nOther version values seen on these markers include `1.19367.0`, `1.25927.0` and `1.40609.0`.\n\n**Why**\n\nThis is descriptive information about each setting, not a change in how any setting behaves.
