That filter now keeps a message whose tool results are all stand-in placeholders instead of dropping it. A tool result is the output a tool sent back after Claude used it. The two placeholders are:\n\n- \"[Tool call interrupted...\", used when the session ended before the result was recorded.\n\n- \"[Tool call result not in this copy...\"\n\n**Why**\n\nA resumed conversation still shows that those tool calls happened and that their results are missing or unknown.
